He has subsequently served as Executive Chef at renowned hotels such as Grand Hyatt Changsha and Four Seasons Tianjin. XISHAN Shop is located next to the entrance of KOYA XISHAN and offers delectable snacks for travelers, such as specially made Rock Tea Eggs, creamy ice cream with gold foil, and more. Also, we provide a selection of amazing hot freshly brewed tea, including Oriental Beauty Oolong Tea 2015, Fushou Changchun Oolong Tea, Yuen Ji Post-Fermented Puer Tea, etc. These curated teas are all provided by POUYUENJI.

Don't worry if you are a coffee lover, XISHAN Shop is equipped with the first Slayer Espresso LPX in Taiwan. Each cup of coffee will be brewed by superior dark roast coffee beans. For a better experience, we invite you to sit on the wooden bench outside of the shop to enjoy the tasty moment.

Inspired by the traditional Chinese solar term, XISHAN uses seasonal vegetables cultivated by local farmers and selected Taiwan high quality meat. To level up the flavor, meals will be paired with Pouyuenji curated tea to accomplish a sumptuous feast to start a fresh and full of energy day.

Chinese, Western, and Japanese breakfasts are provided for travelers' options.

Exploring an exceptional dining experience with the special XISHAN Hot Pot.

First, you can choose from two appetizing broths, the Kombu broth and the 8-hour simmering Sasso Chicken broth. Then you will have fresh picked vegetables which are from local environmental friendly farms and all-you-can-eat high quality meat, such as Australian Wagyu beef oyster blade M6-7, local pork blade shoulder, and local air-chilled chicken thigh. Last, enjoy a XISHAN homemade dessert with a cup of Pouyuenji curated tea for a sweet ending.

The plum aroma of Jin Da Mo Puer Tea and Juniper berries note in the Hendrick’s Gin makes a beautiful mixture with Umesu adding the complexity to the cocktail. The freshening drink leaves you a feeling as if discovering a golden treasure hidden in the woods.

Tranquility │ Yuen Ji Post-Fermented Puer Tea 2010, Brandy, Cachaca, Dried Plum
Brandy is compatible with the mellow Yuen Ji Post-Fermented Puer tea, a unique fragrance of pine nut and bark bringing out the aroma of grass jelly of Puer tea. The wooden and earthy note matches surprisingly well with smoked dried plums, a fairly wonderful work of hot cocktail.
